Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 20, 2026
Our Commitment
That Fellow Digital LLC is committed to making Person Trail accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously improve the accessibility of our Service.
Accessibility Features
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are accessible via keyboard navigation using Tab and Enter/Space keys.
- Screen reader support: We use semantic HTML elements and ARIA labels where appropriate to ensure compatibility with screen readers such as NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS.
- Dark mode: The application supports a dark color scheme to reduce eye strain, controllable from the navigation bar.
- Color contrast: We aim to maintain a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for text against background colors throughout the interface.
- Responsive design: The Service is designed to work at various zoom levels and on screens of all sizes, from mobile phones to desktop monitors.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus outlines are provided for keyboard navigation throughout the interface.
- Text alternatives: Images that convey information include descriptive alt text attributes.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas are still being improved:
- The calendar scheduling view may have limited screen reader support for complex date interactions.
- Some dynamically loaded content may not announce to screen readers immediately.
- PDF job sheets are not yet fully tagged for screen reader accessibility.
We are actively working to address these limitations in future releases.
Assistive Technologies Tested
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS (Safari)
- NVDA on Windows (Chrome, Firefox)
- Keyboard-only navigation (all major browsers)
Third-Party Content
Some third-party components (such as Stripe's payment checkout and calendar widgets) may have their own accessibility standards. We select third-party tools with accessibility in mind but cannot guarantee full compliance of third-party interfaces.
