DocuSign E-Signatures
Send proposals, estimates, and change orders for electronic signature through DocuSign.
The DocuSign integration lets you send proposals, estimates, and change orders for e-signature without leaving Person Trail. Documents are tracked through the signing process and statuses update automatically when a client signs.
Availability
DocuSign e-signatures require Pro or higher.
How It Works
Connect your DocuSign account from Settings > Integrations. Tap the DocuSign card and follow the OAuth authorization flow to link your account.
Once connected, you can send documents for signature from any proposal, estimate, or change order detail page:
- Open the document you want signed
- Click Send for Signature
- Confirm the recipient email and review the document preview
- DocuSign creates an envelope and sends the signing request to the client
When the client signs, Person Trail automatically updates the document status (e.g., proposal moves to "Accepted", estimate moves to "Approved").
