Notes to Self
Keep a personal notepad with checklists, color coding, and pin support right inside your dashboard.
Notes to Self gives you a quick-capture notepad built into Person Trail. Jot down reminders, to-do lists, or anything you need to remember without leaving the dashboard. Notes are private to your account and never visible to crew members or clients.
Availability
Free users can create up to 10 notes. Starter and above get unlimited notes.
How It Works
Open Dashboard > Notes from the sidebar. Tap New Note to start writing. Each note supports:
- Title -- A short heading for quick scanning
- Body -- Free-text content with optional checklist formatting
- Color coding -- Tag notes with a color for visual organization (yellow, green, blue, red, purple)
- Pin -- Pin important notes to the top of the list
- Archive -- Move completed notes to the archive without deleting them
- Job / client links -- Attach a note to a specific job or client for quick context
