Skill Auto-Add
New skills are automatically created during import.
When importing jobs, if a skill value in your data doesn't match an existing skill category, it's automatically added to your organization's skill list. This saves time when importing data from another system.
Managing Auto-Added Skills
The auto-added skills appear in Settings > Skill Categories where you can rename or reorganize them.
