Integrations Overview
Connect Person Trail with Google Calendar, QuickBooks Online, and more from the integrations hub.
Person Trail connects with external services to keep your tools in sync. All integrations are managed from one hub: Settings > Integrations.
Available Integrations

How to Access
- Go to Settings from the sidebar
- Click Integrations
- You will see a card for each integration showing its status and tier requirement
- Click a card to connect, configure sync settings, or disconnect
Connected integrations show a green "Connected" badge. Coming-soon integrations are displayed but cannot be activated yet.
Sync Behavior
All integrations use a fire-and-forget pattern. When you create, update, or delete a job, Person Trail automatically pushes changes to your connected services in the background. This happens instantly and does not slow down your workflow.
If a sync fails, the error is logged and you can retry from the integration detail page.
