Audit Logs
Track every action across your organization.
The audit log records who did what and when across your organization. Access it from Dashboard > Audit Log (Owner and Admin only).
What Gets Logged
Every significant action is logged: job creation, status changes, crew assignments, settings updates, and more. Each entry shows the user, action type, timestamp, and details.
Audit log history varies by plan: Free plan shows the last 7 days, Starter plan shows the last 30 days, and Pro plan includes full unlimited history.
Accessing Audit Logs
The Owner and Admin roles can view audit logs. Coordinators do not have access. Navigate to your dashboard and select the Audit Log section to browse activity. Entries are listed in reverse chronological order so you always see the most recent actions first.
