Crew Performance Reports
Track crew member performance metrics and receive weekly email digests on the Trailblazer plan.
Crew Performance Reports give you a data-driven view of how your crew members are performing across jobs. This feature is available on the Trailblazer plan.
Accessing Reports
Go to Dashboard > Reports > Crew Performance to view the report.
Metrics Tracked
For each crew member, the report shows:
- Jobs completed -- Total jobs finished in the selected period
- On-time rate -- Percentage of jobs completed by the deadline
- Average rating -- Mean quality/reliability/communication rating from job outcomes
- Reliability score -- Algorithmic score based on attendance, punctuality, and consistency
Weekly Email Digest
Trailblazer organizations receive a weekly email report every Monday at 2 PM UTC. The email includes a summary of crew performance for the previous week, highlighting top performers and any crew members who may need attention.
The weekly report is sent to all OWNER and ADMIN users in the organization.
How It Feeds the Algorithm
Crew performance data feeds directly into Person Trail's 9-factor scheduling algorithm. Factors like reliability (Factor 7), ratings (Factor 6), and acceptance probability (Factor 8) use this data to make smarter crew assignments over time.
