AI Overview
How Person Trail uses AI to help you manage jobs and communicate with your crew.
Person Trail includes AI features that help you work faster. There are three main capabilities:
- Voice Quick-Fill -- Speak your job details and the wizard auto-fills every field. Available on the Create Job page (Starter+).
- Chat assistant -- Ask questions about your jobs, scheduling, crew, or the platform itself. Available from any page via the floating chat button or the Ctrl+K shortcut.
- Content suggestions -- Get help writing job descriptions, material specs, and progress notes. Click the sparkle icon on any supported text field.
Both features are available on all plans. The daily message limit depends on your tier:
