Sign in with one click from your email.
Magic links let you sign in without a password. Just enter your email, check your inbox, and click the link. You're in.
How to Use a Magic Link
- Go to the Person Trail login page
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Magic Link
- Check your inbox for an email from Person Trail
- Click the sign-in link in the email
That's it. You'll be logged in and redirected to your dashboard or portal automatically.
Security
- Each magic link expires after 15 minutes -- if you don't use it in time, request a new one
- Links are single-use and cannot be reused after the first click
- The link is tied to your specific email address
Who Can Use Magic Links
Magic links work for all user types:
- Owners -- Full dashboard access
- Crew Members -- Portal access
- Admins -- Admin panel access
This is especially convenient for crew members who may not remember their password or prefer not to manage one.
Availability
Magic links are available on all plans -- Free, Starter, and Pro.
