Setting Your Availability

Control when you're available for work.

Set your weekly availability so the Owner's auto-assign feature only schedules you during hours that work for you.

How to Set Availability

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Go to Account > Work Availability
  3. Toggle each day of the week on or off
  4. For each available day, set your start and end time
  5. Save your changes

How It Affects Your Schedule

When the Owner uses auto-assignment, the algorithm checks your availability windows. If a job falls outside your available hours, you won't be recommended for it.

If the Owner assigns you manually, they can still schedule you outside your set hours. Availability settings control auto-assignment recommendations only.

Updating Your Schedule

You can update your availability at any time. Changes take effect immediately for future auto-assignments. Jobs that were already assigned to you are not affected by changes to your availability.
