Content Suggestions

Use AI to help write job descriptions, material specs, and progress notes.

AI content suggestions help you write better job descriptions and progress notes. Instead of starting from a blank text field, let AI draft the content and then edit it to fit.

Using AI Suggest

  1. Open a text field that supports AI suggestions (job description, material specs, or progress notes)
  2. Click the sparkle icon next to the field
  3. The AI generates a suggestion based on the job context
  4. Review the suggestion, then click Use this to accept or Dismiss to discard

You can edit the accepted text after inserting it.

Where It Works

  • Job description field when creating or editing a job
  • Progress notes field when adding a progress update

How Quota Works

Each suggestion counts as one message against your daily AI limit. If you dismiss a suggestion, it still counts toward your quota.

Availability

Note: AI content suggestions require a Starter or Pro plan. Free plan users can use the AI chat assistant but do not have access to inline content suggestions.
