AI Usage Analytics
Track your organization's AI usage, costs, and model distribution on the Trailblazer plan.
The AI Usage Analytics dashboard gives you visibility into how your organization uses AI features. This is available on the Trailblazer plan.
Accessing the Dashboard
Go to Dashboard > Settings > AI Usage to view your organization's AI analytics.
What You Can See
The dashboard shows:
- Daily usage -- Number of AI messages sent per day
- Cost breakdown -- Estimated cost by feature (chat, suggestions, translation, voice)
- Model distribution -- Which AI models are being used and how often
- Per-user usage -- How each team member uses AI features
How Costs Are Tracked
Every AI interaction records token counts (input and output) and the model used. Costs are estimated based on the model's per-token pricing. This is for visibility only and does not affect billing (AI usage is included in your plan).
Availability
AI Usage Analytics is a Trailblazer plan feature. All other plans can check their daily remaining quota in the AI chat panel footer.
