Daily Logs
Record what happened on site each day -- work completed, delays, headcount, weather, and materials.
Daily logs give you a running record of what happened on every job, every day. Track work completed, delays, headcount, weather, materials used, and hours on site so nothing falls through the cracks when the GC or inspector asks for documentation.
Availability
Daily logs require Starter or higher.
How It Works
Open a job and expand the Daily Logs section. Tap Add Log to fill out a new entry for the day. The form captures:
- Date -- Defaults to today
- Hours on site -- Total crew hours for the day (supports half-hour increments)
- Work completed -- Free-text summary of what got done
- Delays / blockers -- Anything that held up progress
- Headcount -- Number of crew on site
- Weather -- Auto-filled from the job's weather data when available, or enter manually
- Materials used -- List materials consumed that day
Hit Save and the entry appears in the log timeline, newest first.
