Dispatch Dashboard

See all of today's jobs, crew check-ins, and confirmation statuses in one real-time view.

The dispatch dashboard is your morning command center. It pulls together every job scheduled for today, shows which crew members have confirmed, who is on site, and who called out -- all on a single screen with live weather.

Availability

The dispatch dashboard requires Pro or higher.

How It Works

Navigate to Dashboard > Dispatch. The page loads automatically with today's active jobs and their assigned crew.

Stats Bar

Four cards across the top give you the daily snapshot:

  • Jobs today -- Total number of jobs scheduled
  • On site -- Crew members currently checked in, plus total crew count
  • Pending confirmations -- Crew who have not confirmed yet
  • Unavailable -- Crew who marked "can't make it"

Weather Banner

If any job has coordinates, the banner shows current temperature, feels-like, humidity, and wind speed for the first site. Useful for making go/no-go calls on outdoor work.

Job Cards

Each job gets a card showing:

  • Job type and site address
  • Status dot: green (all crew on site), amber (some on site), gray (no check-ins yet)
  • List of assigned crew with individual on-site indicators, confirmation badges, and check-in times
