PDF Job Reports
Generate printable job sheets with all the details.
Person Trail generates a PDF report for every completed job. These reports give you a printable record of the work that was done, who did it, and when.
What Is Included
Each PDF job report contains:
- Property address -- The full job site location.
- Job description -- The scope of work as entered when the job was created.
- Assigned crew member -- Name and contact info of the crew member who completed the work.
- Timeline of updates -- A chronological log of all status changes, progress updates, clock in/out times, and delay reports.
- Organization branding -- Your organization logo appears on the report header.
When Reports Are Generated
PDF reports are generated automatically when a job is marked as Completed. You can download or print the report from the job detail page at any time after completion.
White-Label Exports
On the Pro plan, PDF reports are white-labeled. This means only your organization logo and name appear on the document. There is no Person Trail branding on the report.
On the Free and Starter plans, reports include a small Person Trail attribution alongside your organization branding.
