Managing Jobs
Priority Levels
Set job priority to organize your crew's workload.
Every job can be assigned a priority level to help you and your crew focus on what matters most.
Available Priorities
- Low -- Routine work that can be scheduled flexibly.
- Medium -- Standard priority. This is the default when creating a new job.
- High -- Urgent work that needs immediate attention. High-priority jobs are visually highlighted on both the schedule and the Owner dashboard.
How Priority Is Displayed
High-priority jobs stand out with distinct color coding on the schedule calendar and job cards. This makes it easy to scan your dashboard and spot urgent work without reading through every job detail.
Setting Priority
You set the priority when creating or editing a job. Select Low, Medium, or High from the priority dropdown.
Tips for Using Priority
- Reserve High priority for genuinely urgent work so it does not lose its meaning. If every job is marked High, nothing stands out.
- Use Low priority for maintenance tasks or follow-up work that can wait.
- Priority is visible to crew members in their portal, so they know which jobs need their attention first.
